Regarding the insurances we provide

Included in the rental price is cdw insurance with an exemption of €600 for categories A, C, C automatic, D, category without additional charge in the rental price, and €900 for the categories Jeep suv, mini van 7seats, without additional charge on the price of the vehicle rental.

With this insurance in case of damage the renter's liability is limited to these amounts. If the cost of the damage exceeds the above amounts, then the remaining amount is taken over by our company.

This insurance is charged per day. The driver during the rental by choosing this insurance limits the amount of liability, in case of an accident due to his fault, to 300.,The rest of the cost is taken over by our company.

This insurance does not cover damage to glass components, windshields, mirrors, wheels, tires, the underside of the vehicle, the interior of the vehicle, and loss of personal belongings.

This insurance does not cover theft of personal items, damage to the interior of the vehicle, hits to the bottom of the vehicle, tires and wheels, in case you want to insure the tires and wheels of the vehicle, choose TPS insurance together with a fee per day €5.

Cost of accident file

What is not covered by any insurance

Damage due to violation of traffic laws, stop violation, traffic light violation, speeding.

Damages from improper driving or negligence
Damage caused by a driver driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Damage caused by unauthorized driving
Damage inside the car
Loss or damage or theft of keys
Loss or damage to vehicle child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, gas cap
Damage to engine by negligence
Engine damage from wrong fuel
Damage caused because the vehicle was used off-road or on unsuitable roads

All original valid driving licenses from EU countries are valid

All others require an International Driving Permit

Age Requirements

the minimum age limit for the renter is 23 years
the basic condition is that he has held the diploma for at least two years.
the maximum age limit for the renter is 75 years

Taxes

All prices are subject to VAT. 24%.

Fuel

The petrol or diesel consumed during the agreed rental period is paid by the renter. At the end of the rental period, the renter must deliver the car with the same amount of fuel, if the fuel is less the renter is charged accordingly .

cleaning fee

If you return the car very dirty inside, from leftover food, drinks, dirty seats, etc., then you will be charged the amount of €50 for biological cleaning.

Payment methods

There are 2 payment methods

You can pay by credit or debit card when booking, we accept all major credit and debit cards and prepaid cards (VISA, VISA secure, Maestro, Mastercard, Viva wallet)

There are 2 options

you pay 50% of the total rental amount when booking and the remaining 50% upon arrival.
you pay 100% of the total rental amount.

Bank deposit

There are 2 options

you pay 50% of the total rental amount when booking and the remaining 50% upon arrival.
you pay 100% of the total amount of the rental at the time of booking.

Reservation

All bookings are based on vehicle groups and not on a specific car model. We try to assign to each reservation the selected car model but in case of unavailability of the selected model our company reserves the right to offer the customer a similar model. The similar model will be a vehicle belonging to the same class group as the selected model. Also, our company reserves the right to offer the customer a model of a higher category without any additional charge.

Rental extension

If the renter wishes to keep the rental vehicle longer than the period already agreed upon he should contact the company to approve the rental extension if possible.

Reservation Cancellation

For 20 or more days before the customer's arrival the full amount of the deposit is refunded any transaction costs paid by the customer for less than 20 days the customer pays 30% of the days that will be cancelled

written permission is provided to move the rental vehicle by ship
it is forbidden to drive the rental vehicle outside the borders of Greece and to load it on a ship without written permission from the company.

Car cleaning

Cleaning of the rental vehicles is done with approved cleaners-disinfectants with thoroughness, both inside the vehicle and outside. We pay great attention to points such as steering wheel, dashboard, gear levers, system controls, entertainment, center consoles, hand grips and cup holders.
